Summary:
Our Dallas-based Creative Services team is hiring a talented video producer/editor who has strong photography, motion graphics, and graphic design skills with a good understanding of industry-standards and practices.
As a member of our in-house creative team, you will collaboratively develop and execute visually compelling concepts for internal audiences.
Scope of work will also include:
- campaigns targeted to external audiences via our digital media platforms
- high-quality videos, photos, infographics, social media posts, print media and digital media that resonate with our business objectives and messaging
- other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
· Has expertise in Premiere Pro and After Effects with a proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
· Able to execute all areas of video production including shooting, editing, and color grading
· Able to set up and operate cameras, lights, mics, etc. for in-studio and on-location shoots
· Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory
· Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to generate new ideas
· Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organization skills
· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
· Travel requirements: 25%
· A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
