Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.  The requirements for this position are:
  •  Education includes courses in basic computer skills, accounting, typing, filing and mathematics. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • Minimum of two years’ general office experience preferably in the natural gas transmission industry.

  • Familiar with company security and safety measures.  May receive emergency phone calls and must know appropriate procedures to follow and personnel to contact.

  • Performs other general office duties as necessary including typing, utilizing personal computer applications for data entry and accessing reports, and filing.

Working Conditions: 
  • Normal office working conditions.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.

  • Occasional visits to settings which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.
