Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 8 years of related experience
  • 8+ years working with SAP preferred. 
  • Strong experience in SAP MM/WM
  • Experience in Projects at medium to large scale
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is innovative and quick to learn with a strong customer service orientation
  • Able to build rapport and trust while forming a lasting relationship with business stakeholders
  • Able to understand customizations in the system and become comfortable working with them quickly
  • Strong Analytic skills to understand the root cause of issues
  • Experienced in a customized SAP system which requires a lot of troubleshooting
  • Able to recreate issues in the test system
  • Analytic and data analysis skills required, especially MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task 

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

  • The Senior Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Lead Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
