Position Summary:

Provide critical support to the management reporting and corporate financial planning and analysis processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the company-wide annual budget process, monthly forecasting processes, and semi-annual long-term planning processes
  • Assist in the consolidation of ET assets in the FP&A system, TM1, including elimination and joint venture logic
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Reconcile TM1 data to BPC data monthly
  • Provide support for earnings releases, 10-K, 10-Q, and other external financial reporting
  • Drive process improvement projects to streamline and create efficiencies
  • TM1 Security Administration
  • Manage TM1 data hierarchies

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Usually, normal office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.


  • Undergraduate degree in finance 
  • Five or more years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Financial Reporting
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must be highly proficient with MS Excel
  • High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Self-starter with ability to learn quickly
  • IBM Cognos TM1 experience preferred, but not required

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

  • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
