Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

 Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or other appropriate discipline (MBA or CFA preferred)

  • 5-8 years of related experience in corporate finance or investment banking. More experience is a plus. A combination of education, experience and training may be substituted for these requirements
  • Proven financial and valuation modeling skills
  • Presence to work directly with Executive Leadership
  • Advanced organizational, collaborative, inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Advanced skills in the use of standard software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and operation of standard office equipment
  • Strong communications skills – written and verbal – ability to translate technical / financial information into effective strategic messaging
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills             

 

 

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

 

  • Usually, normal office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
