• Current certification as ACCP Level II in RT
Have knowledge and skill to understand and Interpretation of results of methods of non-destructive testing (NDT) listed such as:
• Liquid penetrant
• Magnetic particle
• Radiographic (Gamma, X-Ray, RTR)
• Ultrasonic including Phased Array AUT, ToFD
• Visual testing.
Five+ years of experience, knowledge and skills in the following;
• Calibration and operation of NDE equipment used in the non-destructive testing (NDT) of products or materials
• Making radiographic images to detect flaws in objects while leaving objects intact
• Mapping the presence of imperfections within objects using sonic measurements
• Prepare reports on non-destructive testing (NDT) results
• Measure physical or chemical properties of materials or objects
• Identify defects in solid materials using ultrasonic testing techniques
• Test characteristics of materials or structures.
• Preparing reports on non-destructive testing (NDT) results
Audit NDE vendors for addition to company approved NDE providers list
Maintain company approved NDE Providers list
