Sr Paralegal - Real Estate & Commercial
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on real estate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate legal concepts, including property acquisition, leasing, financing, and land use.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using various databases and online resources.
- Excellent drafting and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
