Description:
This position will support all scheduling functions for the company’s Mont Belvieu Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) business. 
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains a clear understanding of the NGL business plan and strategies and thoroughly understand how this function fits within these plans
- Learns and clearly understands the pipe layout in Mont Belvieu and the capabilities of each pipe segment
- Performs monthly scheduling activity for the Mont Belvieu storage facility, Nederland export facility, NGL pipelines and fractionation facilities
- Directs the functions related to the accurate and timely nominations of products
- Responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of purity tickets
- Monitors and communicates pipeline information and supply changes to internal and external customers 
- Develops and maintains relationships with scheduling personnel and counterparts at the various companies with which we interact and serve 
- Maintains all administrative reports for management of the NGL commercial business via open position/inventory schedules, customer nomination changes, historical volume movements and other schedules as required 
- Works closely with the business development group to ensure that product and pipeline activities are delivered accurately, on time and in a manner consistent with the approved contracts
- Participates in customer and client outings, including both on-site and off-site events 
- This position requires working before/after regular office hours including some weekends and/or holidays   
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must possess keen analytical and problem solving skills
- Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team 
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate and timely work
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines
Required Experience:
Bachelor degree or industry experience with NGLs

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
