Sr Spec - OQ/Tech Training -Field
Essential Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent experience
- Five -Eight years of experience in training and development or related area
- Highly Preferred: 5+ years of pipeline experience.
- Strong presentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Analytical ability as well as experience interfacing effectively with vendors, contractors and company employees.
- Technical and interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze various aspects of operations (i.e., technical, contractual and financial).
- Ability to work / interact closely with work teams; field operations and corporate
- Ability to operate effectively in a team environment and must be willing to maintain and advance skills.
- Strong computer skills: proficient in PC word processing, Microsoft Office including NS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Articulate, Adobe Publisher and
- Good organizational skills with flexibility to handle multiple projects and to prioritize assignments in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of group dynamics and processes.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned
- Ability to travel to field locations as required
- Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
- Position will be filled at a level commensurate will skills and experience
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
