Sr. Specialist - I&E
- Possess a thorough knowledge of operations and maintenance of electrical systems associated with natural gas compressors and auxiliary equipment.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Above average hardware and software computer skills necessary to support the equipment
- Above average analytical skills necessary to identify, evaluate machinery performance and condition levels utilizing diagnostic equipment.
- Possess excellent knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory requirements associated with electrical systems and rotating equipment in the natural gas industry.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent human relations skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Company procedures, Industry-related safety standards and applicable Federal and State regulations.
- Experience in administering Company-wide programs.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a collaborative work environment.
- Must be able to perform routine administrative duties.
- In-depth knowledge of Company procedures and Industry-related standards, codes and practices, and applicable Federal and State regulations.
- Experience in executing and administering Company-wide programs.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a collaborative work environment with personal skills necessary to maintain a good rapport with internal and external customers.

- Work in a functional team with peers geographically dispersed across the Division.
- Interface with management and field personnel to ensure uniformity and continuity and to promote customer service.
- Multi-skilled background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic and Control systems for natural gas compression facilities.
- Personal skills necessary to maintain a good rapport with internal and external customers.
Preferred Skills: - Multi-skilled background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic and control systems for natural gas compression facilities
- Operational and theoretical understanding of electronics.
- Special Characteristics/Job Requirements:
- Subject to call-out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Subject to hazardous conditions including escaping gas, adverse weather conditions and temperatures, heights, high-pressure gas, heavy lifting and cramped conditions.
- Must have a proven safe driving record, and incumbent is subject to U.S. Department of Transportation Drug & Alcohol related regulations.
- New hires to the Company will be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test and are subject to a background check.
- Position will be filled at appropriate level based on skill and experience.
