Requirements: 
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

 

  • Manage multiple Windows 2019/2016 domains and cross forest AD security
  • Manage Exchange 2019/2016 multiple Database Avaiability Groups and multi-forest environment
  • Manage in Office 365 suite and AAD Connect 
  • Hands on experience with NTP, DNS and ADFS management
  • Knowledge with Security and Compliance center in Office 365
  • Certificate Services Administration
  • Key Management Services Administration
  • Participate in BCP/DR environment setups and processes
  • Troubleshoot mail related issues and track delivery of genuine mails and SPAM
  • Administer Cisco Ironport (in the cloud and on premises)
  • Excellence in PowerShell scripts for batch jobs and automation
  • 5+ years of related experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microfocus DRA, Splunk, NetWrix, CyberArk, Grafana, Graylog and other security tools
  • Hands on familiarity with Veeam and other backup tools
  • ITIL certification or experience

Communication:

  • Positive verbal and written communication among team members
  • Friendly and helpful communication with the customers
  • Ability to interface with users from across the company and different geographic locations remotely.

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

  • The Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
  • The Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience

Working Conditions: 
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Usually, normal onsite office working conditions.  
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.  
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
