  • BA/BS degree in related field or experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of direct full cycle recruiting experience utilizing cost efficient and time efficient sourcing strategies, including recruiting and hiring selection techniques, web-based recruiting and prescreening processes
  • Proven track record of job placements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking and resume database systems
  • Must be knowledgeable of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with HRIS systems
PHR (Professional in Human Resources)

CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) or CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant)

In-house (corporate) recruitment experience

HR Generalist experience

Experience with large HCM, CRM, applicant tracking and onboarding systems (i.e., Oracle’s PeopleSoft and Taleo products)

Critical thinking and problem solving abilities.

Personable, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and sound judgment.

Ability to adapt, support, and champion change management initiatives.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities cognizant of competing demands. 

Ability to consistently execute and adapt to unplanned, critical events, time constraints and deadlines with the highest degree of professionalism and excellence.
