Sr Specialist - Retail Technology
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of experience with c-store and fuel control systems OR 2 year college degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience with c-store and fuel control systems.
Hands-on experience with installation, service and support of c-store POS and fuel control systems and related technology.
Experience installing or servicing broadband-based retail communication firewall devices.
Proficient with all MS Office applications.
Strong problem solving skills and written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Verifone Commander installation and service
- Fuel dispenser and c-store POS service training certification
- Sunoco retail technologies including POS and loyalty solutions, communication systems and tank gauge systems
- Sunoco retail network terminal server configuration and methods of connecting to and retrieving data from retail technology devices.
- Knowledge of payment technologies such as NFC, EMV, Mobile wallets, etc.
- Familiarity with all phases of SDLC
