  • The position of Analyst – Wholesale Accounting is a member of the Commissioned Agent (COAG) inventory team and performs a variety of regular and recurring site analysis, including, but not limited to importing information, manual entry, determining the impact of information that is not provided, determining why the information is missing and be able to plan for how to obtain or compensate for the information that is missing or incorrect.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Import or enter sales and tank meter information
  2. Daily analysis of assigned sites
  3. Analysis, research and correct variances
  4. Must be able to provide customer service, both internal and external, when required
  5. Performs audit tasks assigned by management
  6. Performs various other duties and intermediate level projects as assigned


Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

  • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 8+ years of relevant experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Strong Excel Skills
  2. SAP experience preferred
  3. Bachelors Degree in Accounting Preferred
Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
  • Usually, normal office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
