Minimum Requirements: 

  • HS diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must have knowledge of maintenance and repair of pumps and motors. Must possess strong troubleshooting, problem solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft office and SAP
  • Ability to read and understand equipment drawings and blueprints
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment or independently as the workload requires. Must have a well-rounded maintenance/operational background and strong technical/mathematical skills.
  • Technical expertise in control, SCADA, and communications systems, a plus.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, Local and Company regulations including DOT, OCC, EPA, OSHA, etc.
  • Responsible for cost estimates and planning of projects and act as project manager. Must be able to successfully pass Operator Qualifications.

Preferred 

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in a technical discipline or associated work experience including operations and maintenance supervisory/management experience in a liquids or gas pipeline/facilities operation and10 years' experience as a supervisor/manager of operations/maintenance in a liquids or gas pipeline/facilities operation.

 

 

 

Special Considerations:

 

  • This position is "On-Call" 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Working Conditions:

  • The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Position is based in industrial/manufacturing settings which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment
