Required education or minimum level:

• High School (GED)

• College degree preferred with major in a business related discipline.

 

Experience:

• Distribution background.

• Direct customer interaction experience.

• Self-Starter.

• Familiar with the Gas Industry.

• Caterpillar & Ariel parts experience

• Distribution experience desired.

 

Software Knowledge:

• Proficient use of computers and understanding of software programs.

• SAP desired.

 

Skills:

• Excellent leadership, negotiation and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate confidently with others.

• Problem solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• High sense of urgency.
