Supervisor - Plant
Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED
Essential Requirements:
- 8+ years industry experience required.
- Ability to function as PSM lead
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Basic computer use skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Take call to relieve other employees as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Plant DCS and SCADA
- Excellent analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Caterpillar natural gas engines, Ariel compressor packages and Frick Propane compression
- Understanding of plant liquids, liquid stabilizer and stabilized product
- NGL/Liquid Amine treating
- Ethylene Glycol treating system and regeneration
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be familiar with Steers flare reporting system
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Working Conditions:
Work may involve walking over uneven terrain, bending, moving from ground level to higher levels, working around mechanical, industrial and electrical equipment. Candidate will be subject to DOT drug & alcohol testing requirements
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Driving, walking, standing frequently
- Outdoor work required with exposure to elements
- Able to work extended hours & call-outs as needed
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
