Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

  • Working experience with all Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good oral speaking skills – Must communicate with customers on a daily basis
  • Proficient working in Right Angle, DTN/TABS application, Sunoco Customer Portal
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to customer concerns and resolve in a timely manner
  •  Ability to comprehend all systems used (Mainframe and Legacy)
  • Expert at Data Entry
  • Available after hours on occasion to resolve/handle customer issues

Education and/or Experience:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience
  • 5-8 years for the Sr. Specialist position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred  or equivalent experience and demonstrated equivalent competency may supplant the bachelor’s degree

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Mostly normal office working conditions
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing
  • Limited overnight travel may be required
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing setting may be required which could cause exposure to hazardous materials such as combustible, flammable, toxic, carcinogenic and other chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery
