Required Skills

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience requirement:
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of Midstream pipeline project management experience.

·       B.S. Degree in Engineering—Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, or Engineering.

·       A current Professional Engineering License and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus but not required.  Work history and applicants’ prior body of work successfully completing domestic pipeline projects from development thru execution is a must.

  • Prior pipeline project management experience, strong management and leadership skills, excellent communications, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple smaller pipeline projects and/or major pipeline projects at one time a must. 
  • Being highly efficient in time management and ability to be highly adaptable is a must.
  • Proven track record managing multiple activities and priorities within fast-track schedules.
  • Strong communication and team building skills.
  • Demonstrated urgency in advancing projects to support objectives. 

Special Considerations:

  • Travel required as needed to support projects and other initiatives. 

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Normal office working conditions as well as up to +25% travel. 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. 
  • Overnight travel may be required. 
  • Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
