QUALIFICATIONS
· A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 8 years of related experience.
· Extensive experience in safety, preferably within the energy sector.
· Strong leadership skills
· Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and policies.
· Deep understanding of industry-standard safety regulations and best practices.
· Proficiency in using and overseeing software tools related to safety and operations.
· Skilled in incident investigation and risk management.
· Certification in safety-related fields or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., OSHA, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
· High level of cultural awareness and experience in managing diverse teams.
