o Essential Duties & Requirements:
§ Interface professionally and proficiently with internal personnel - project managers, legal, operations personnel, GIS group, and ROW group and upper management.
§ Excellent Communication skills to correspond with external personnel - land developers, government agencies, landowners, surveyors, to process accurate encroachments status and location.
§ Distributes requests to the appropriate Analysts in the determined areas as well as to the DTO’s outside of the Encroachment Groups area
§ Provides reports on requests to all affected parties
§ Tracks PM’s Projects and request tallies
§ Ensures all Encroachments requests are represented accurately in the GIS mapping system through the One Call system quarterly
§ Communicates with Requestor on PM behalf
§ Facilitates the even distribution of projects by tracking each PM’s project count
§ Trains all new analysts
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
§ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
§ Minimum 5 years of related experience in Right of Way and Pipeline Industry
§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Strong organizational skills a must
§ Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, ROW software packages.
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
Pipeline and ROW industry experience and must be able to translate easements and survey documents

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
