Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to demonstrate strong personal effectiveness skills including leadership, integrity and trust, problem solving, decision-making, organizational effectiveness and results orientation.
Ability to interact with all levels of management and associates and perform well in a team environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, technical specialists, regulatory agencies, field personnel and the staff in other internal organizations.
Ability to demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct, and other Company policies and procedures, and take all required training courses.
Ability to demonstrate and utilize effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate respect for all individuals and adhere to the Company’s values and business practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
Ability to use personal computer software proficiently, including spreadsheets, database, word processing and presentation software.
Ability to provide a valid state driver's license, present and maintain a good driving record and to operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Required Experience is commensurate with the selected job Level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Pipeline Operations, Field Engineering or Regulatory Compliance experience.
Working Conditions and l Requirements:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Ability to bend and stoop for filing.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Ability to operate a laptop or personal computer and office equipment, including copiers, scanners, telephones and mobile phones.
Ability to view a laptop screen or personal computer monitor for long periods of time.
Ability to work overtime as needed or required to meet established deadlines or agency reporting requirements.
Ability to work out of doors, with some exposure to all weather conditions while wearing PPE.
Ability to work successfully in an office environment.
Ability to travel for consecutive days up to one full week at a time.
