Supervisor - Unbranded Sales
Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. Summary:
The role of Supervisor – Unbranded Sales will manage the day to day functions of 10 -12 Specialist/Sr. Specialist level employees whom will be responsible for the Unbranded Delivered operations, including delivered Government bids. This person will be responsible for the mentorship, development and ongoing supervision of these roles supporting the Unbranded org. This role is expected to generate and support $15MM in EBIDTA through managing/executing the Government bids strategy as well as supporting non bids delivered volume.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing a team of wholesale sales and operations members driving margin and sales of more than 100 million annual gallons & $10MM in fuel margin across Sunoco LP’s unbranded delivered network.
• Communicates to SLT members Sunoco LP strategy to include daily/weekly updates on fuel margin & volume relative to targets/budgets along with optimization efforts.
• Leads Sunoco unbranded government bids and contracts team.
• Performs cross functional coordination across trading, supply, scheduling, and sales management teams to independently ensure margin optimization.
• Regularly requires exceptional critical judgement, thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to perform the job.
• Provides product and terminal level unbranded delivered oversight, Formula Deals and Off-Rack Deals designed to enhance net revenue dollar contribution through effective balancing of volume and margin.
• Position requires the daily review/management of supplier rack prices and relative competitive position, terminal level volume and margin trends, and available inventory, including Saturday and holiday reviews.
• Contribute to the company’s competitive financial analysis, benchmarks, and modeling as needed.
• Regularly requires communication with senior management levels on business performance.
• Takes comprehensive view of market and channel ownership, with a degree of independence.
• Develops, mentors, and trains team members & associates to perform unbranded delivered functions while achieving Sunoco LP budgeted targets.
Requirements:
• BS in Business, Finance, Administration, or Marketing. MBA preferred.
• 8+ years industry experience desired.
• Distinctive proficiency in SAP, Excel and Right Angle. Experience in deep financial analysis, SQL-based macros and complex modeling
Required Skills
• Research, analyze, and implement gasoline and distillate sales operation strategies.
• Provide accurate statistical data and recommend changes in strategies to maximize profitability.
• Provide oversight for actual to budget performance, sales forecasts and identify areas of risk/opportunity.
• Monitor and analyze the competitive environment, staying apprised of all issues relating to sales and supply.
• Handles complex analyses well with little supervision.
• Strong work ethic and drive
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
- The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
- The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
- The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
