Key Business Objectives
As Executive Assistant to a C-level leader, you will be the linchpin of daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of high-impact activities. This role requires discretion, agility, and a deep understanding of the energy sector’s pace and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
Communication Liaison: Serve as the gatekeeper and point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials; take notes and follow up on action items.
Travel Coordination: Organize complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Project Assistance: Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
Expense Management: Process reimbursements, track budgets, and manage executive-related expenses.
Office Operations: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and document management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Zoom).
Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions.
High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
