Required Education
  • High school diploma or GED
 Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level
 
  • Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience
  • Level B requires a minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience
  • Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with programmable logic controllers, programming and trouble shooting.
  • Understanding of and assist in the maintenance of, SCADA systems, plant, pipeline, and compressor controls; including pneumatic, electrical equipment and software associated with each.
  • Understanding of National Electric Code and OSHA 1910 as it relates to electrical safety
  • Able to read and use drawings and schematics, including electrical, pneumatic and P&ID
  • Test and documentation of plants and compressor stations per DOT 192
  • Able to support call out/on call requirements. Including full operation of the facility.
 
Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Exposure to hazardous conditions, adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting
  • Subject to 24 hour call out 7 days per week and possible extended workdays
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings which may include hazardous materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • The employee will be required to live or relocate to within 45 minutes of Patterson compressor station.
  • The employee will work 5-2 work schedule 8 hour a day.
