Lead Coordinator - Inventory & Traffic
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of five years’ administrative experience and/or data entry experience required.
- Customer Service experience in a fast paced, high volume work environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking skills required.
- Ability to take initiative, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment required.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality required.
- Ability to analyze a situation, troubleshoot to identify the issue and propose a solution. Must be flexible and able to multitask.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work productively, professionally, and cordially with all levels of employees as well as Customers, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
- Able to develop collaborative work relationships built on trust, integrity, work ethic and teamwork.
Working Conditions:

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
