Maintenance Manager
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Pipeline Maintenance, Liquid Terminal Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Engineering
Must possess knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment required for liquid petroleum operations
Prior supervisory experience
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Must be able to comply with and enforce Company safety policies and procedures
Must have excellent PC skills and be proficient with applicable software applications
Knowledge of PLC’s and PLC programming, electrical systems, pumps, engines, motors, valves, etc.
Must possess knowledge of DOT regulations including Operator Qualification (OQ) requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Maintenance experience with LPG or LNG equipment
Marine/dock experience
Rail car maintenance experience
Pipeline maintenance
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Position is subject to 24 hour, 7 days per week on call availability.
Capable of supervising outdoor maintenance activities in extreme weather.
Ability to climb storage tanks and ladders, work safely in hazardous environments and the ability to respond to emergency situations as required.
Occasional overnight travel may be required
