Summary:  The Manager, Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAM) reports to the Director, Technical Support Services. This position is responsible for all technical and application support functions related to the EAM PM systems that supports field Operations compliance and asset O&M activities.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all technical and application support functions related to the EAM PM system(s) deployed to support field Operations compliance and asset O&M related task management activities.
    • These functions include EAM PM configuration, data migration, system set-up, training, implementation and on-going end-user support.  
  • Coordinates the development of future enhancements/expansions to the EAM PM system(s) and integration with other information technology based solutions supporting Operations and Technical Services goals. 
  • Manage the overall function for the Company’s EAM PM system.  
  • Ensure that the business and information technology tools employed by the company are functional and that end users are supported on an on-going basis.
  • Required to have knowledge and familiarity of the Operations and Technical Services business processes, operating and maintenance procedures, and information technology tools so that these systems provide the information needed to track, report on and manage activities and support improved decision making by end users.

Requirements: Education and/or experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Information Technology or a related field, or additional equivalent experience. 
  • Eight (8) + years of experience and proficiency working with and managing employees involved in business systems/business applications, preferably in an asset intensive or industrial environment where business systems are utilized to manage work, compliance and improved decision making. 
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivator and be able to perform effectively with minimal supervision. Must demonstrate a positive, professional work ethic and work well with teams. 
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A highly developed ability with PC's ,office computer software, database applications, enterprise asset management systems and/or computerized maintenance management systems. 
  • Ideally, prior experience in the oil & gas industry.  

Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.


1.Usually, normal office working conditions. 

2. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. 

3. Travel required, including overnight travel. 

4. Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings which may include hazardous materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
